Impaler has been nominated for the International Horror Guild award in the Illustrated Narrative category. This is a tremendous honor, and we're thrilled that the book was nominated. The award ceremony will be held November 1, during the World Fantasy Convention, For info about the IHG, head on over to their official website: www.horroraward.org.

Unfortunately, I don't have any new information about when # 4 will be released.

February 21

Impaler # 3 has been released and should be in stores today. The great reviews continue to roll in, like this one from Ain't It Cool News: "These vampires travel in packs like wolves and descend from shadows, engulfing their prey and animalistically tearing it apart like a pack of rabid hyenas."

In addition, Impaler will be featured in Wizard # 186. The issue discusses the 40 things you have to know about indy comics, and Impaler ranks at #5!

The acclaimed horror magazine Rue Morgue has named Impaler penciller Nick Postic as its comic book artist of the year! How cool is that? Here's the cover image from the issue that discusses Nick; head down to your local newsstand and snag a copy.

Anyone expecting # 3 in December knows that it's running late. We're putting the finishing touches on it and will have it in stores as soon as possible.
